This is my first post on a BLOG of any kind! My kids blog all the time about something or another! So....I guess it is time I get in the game and keep up with the times!!!! Everyone that I meet that knows that I am a Realtor asks the same ole question! So, how ya doing? Are ya selling anything? Are you making any money? Then comes the "The market is really DOWN (always emphasized) and we are all going to hit bottom soon". My blood pressure used to rise a few points each time I heard this followed by a mini speach on Texas economics (as I see it). The speach always includes "Do you watche the weather forecast in Minnesota to decide how to dress for outside events in Texas?" This always gets folks to thinking. We live in an area that is growing! We should promote that growth and all that our area has to offer every chance we have!!!!! Here is information regarding job creation last year by state!
